Dr. Philippe Martin was a Senior Research Scientist for the DSTC CRC. Philippe is the creator of WebKB (http://www.webkb.org), a Web-based knowledge representation/annotation/retrieval tool. In 2001 Philippe won the QLD IT&T Award in the R&D category. Philippe lives and works at the Gold Coast In Queensland.
